ALFA BRIDGE GROUP LIMITED provides services online and on-site within the Chinese mainland only, except stated otherwise and agreed between parties. We do not ship physical goods sold on our website.

Refunds
We provide free refund for service not performed within 30 days due to force majeure. Please contact us for refund request at contact@alfa-bridge.com. Approved refunds will be processed with the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
