Factory Audit (on-site)

Conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the factory’s facilities and operations to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards. This includes verifying the factory's adherence to safety protocols, quality control measures, and possession of required certifications. The audit aims to confirm that the factory is equipped and compliant to handle production efficiently and meet contractual obligations.

After submission of your order online, you will receive a downloadable link with a form to fill in with all relevant information about your supplier. After filling and sending it back to us, our team will contact you by email to schedule the inspection with your supplier.

Please prepare the following information in advance for the audit of the supplier:

• Supplier company name in English and /or in Chinese.
• Supplier contact name and phone number (WeChat or WhatsApp, email or website).
  
• Any other information you may have (business license, registration / VAT number or certificate).

Inspection reports (PDF report, pictures and videos) will be available within 48h after inspection completion date.
