This initial audit covers a broad audit scope, including:

• Evaluation of production lines and production capacity
• Review of quality inspection processes to guarantee consistent product quality
• Verification of environmental management practices and social responsibility compliance
• Assessment of workplace environment, safe working conditions, and security audit measures
• Examination of technical audit items such as machinery, documentation, and factory audit checklist items
• Validation of relevant certifications and regulatory standards

We assess the factory’s ability to produce high-quality products in line with international standards, ensuring alignment with your supply chains and long-term customer satisfaction. Our audits also support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and providing actionable insights.

How It Works

1. After submitting your order online, you will receive a download link with a form to fill in. Please provide the following information:
   • Supplier company name in English and/or Chinese
   • Supplier contact details (name, phone number, WeChat or WhatsApp, email, or website)
   • Any supporting documents (business license, VAT certificate, etc.)
2. Once the form is submitted, our team will contact you to schedule the audit directly with your supplier.
3. Within 48h after the on-site inspection, you will receive a full audit report including:
   
   • PDF report
   • Detailed pictures and videos
   • Comments on the quality of products, safety standards, and audit checklist findings
